Legendary boxer Mike Tyson has released cannabis edibles called Mike Bites through Tyson 2.0, the new cannabis brand launched by the former heavyweight champion. The gummies happen to be in the shape of Evander Holyfield‘s ear after his 1997 fight with Tyson that resulted in him getting a chunk of his ear bitten off. After Tyson bit off a chunk of Holyfield’s ear, the 1997 match resumed. However, after attempting to bite off Holyfield’s second ear, Tyson was disqualified and his boxing licence was withdrawn.
Mike Tyson has worked on building a "weed empire" ever since he tried cannabis products for the first time and claimed it profoundly affected his life. Tyson 2.0, the company releasing "Mike Bites," describes itself as "a premier cannabis company formed with legendary boxer, entrepreneur and icon Mike Tyson." In 2021, the company expanded its sales to over 100 locations in California.
